Overview

As a Software Development Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. This role involves applying in-depth knowledge of technologies, methodologies, tools, and processes to support client projects effectively. You will also be expected to lead teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
• Lead and manage a development team to ensure successful outcomes.
• Take ownership of team decisions and guide the execution of tasks.
• Engage and collaborate across multiple teams, contributing to key project decisions.
• Solve complex technical problems that may span across multiple project teams.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to junior team members.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and quality in the team’s development processes.

Professional and Technical Skills

• Must have expertise in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• SAP BTP Administration
• Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Solid understanding of SAP security and authorization models.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve SAP system-related issues.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of 16 years of full-time formal education is required (typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent).

Additional Information

• This position is based out of Navi Mumbai.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
